Where is the product made?

NidusLabs wall mounts are proudly manufactured locally in New Jersey, USA.

How does charging work?

NidusLabs offers a POE to USB-C adapter and USB-C charging cable in every kit. This allows for easy power from any POE injector or POE-capable switch, with no wires visible to the wall mount for a clean look.

What if I don't have a POE injector/switch? Alternate options?

Don't have a POE injector/switch but you DO have a wall outlet you would like to use? No worries. We also offer a Wall PoE Injector along with ethernet cabling, mounting brackets and wall plates for a complete power solution.

Are your POE adapters UL listed?

The POE to USB-C Power Adapter is UL, CE, FCC, and RoHS certified, so they’re safe to use in homes and businesses. It also meets the latest Department of Energy efficiency guidelines for Class 6 power supplies, so energy is conserved as power is converted to the lower voltages required by modern electronics.

Is the wall mount 3D printed?

No. Our wall mounts are created using injection molding. This makes for a high-quality product with no print lines or textures. The finished product is solid with a glossy finish on the bezel.

Note: Injection molding has inherent drawbacks. As resin flows meet "knit lines" are created. This is unavoidable in manufacturing, unfortunately. Small lines on the wall mount may exist and are not considered physical damage or a design flaw.

If your wall mount, however, does show signs of excessive damage, please reach out to info@niduslabs.io for support. We will be happy to address the issue.

Can the wall mount be installed elsewhere, like a vehicle or ceiling?

No. Our wall mounts are designed to be installed on vertical walls to a stud.

Can I mount it portrait/vertical?

Yes, you can mount it in either orientation.

Pro tip: a good number of home automation applications do NOT offer landscape orientation for their apps (i.e. iRobot app). You may want to opt for a vertical installation if it better suits you.

Where do you ship to?

We ship our products worldwide from our center in north NJ. Shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout.

How long will my order take to ship?

We fulfill orders within 48 hours of purchase. Typically we ship out same-day for orders placed before 3pm ET. You will be presented with approximate shipping times at checkout.

Are bulk orders an option?

Yes. You can order as many items as you would like. For special discounts for orders with 10+ units please reach out to us at info@niduslabs.io

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all of our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied, let us know and we'll be happy to set up a return for a full refund. Products must be in new condition.

How does return shipping work?

A return label will be provided to you by e-mail free of charge. You may return the product(s) in the original packaging free of cost, or have a local carrier package the item(s) for you at cost.
